We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, business name, industry), as well as data you enter into Dashee (clients, jobs, appointments, invoices). We also collect usage data to improve the product.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Dashee service, send transactional emails, process payments through Stripe, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information.
HIPAA & Mental Health Practices
For mental health and healthcare customers on Growth and Pro plans, we sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Please contact us at privacy@dashee.online to initiate a BAA.
Cookies
Dashee uses cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@dashee.online. We will respond within 30 days.
